Hotly-tipped Irish quartet ‘Stay Okay!’ to release their explosive debut EP ‘Time To Grow’

Hotly-tipped Irish quartet ‘Stay Okay!’ release their explosive debut EP ‘Time To Grow’ on Monday 16th January 2012, available through all good digital platforms.

Born in the later part of 2009 and hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Stay Okay! were bred from the simple desire to enjoy playing good music. Before long, the enterprising quintet wanted to make their mark and create something genuinely their own—a brand of honest rock that would captive and engage. Throughout 2010 Stay Okay! rapidly began to hone their sound by finely cutting earnest pop-rock tunes that rouse and excite.  Recent mini-tours and successful shows throughout Eire and Northern Ireland have garnered them great underground support and have further fired the band’s desire to broaden their horizons. The energetic foursome now have their sights firmly set on widening their reach and plan to extensive tour throughout the rest of the UK in the spring of 2012 in support of their debut record.

After many months of rigorous rehearsals, the alt-rockers have now completed an inspiring debut EP, entitled ‘Time To Grow’. With a cluster of influences ranging from Futures, The Academy is…, and Dashboard Confessional, Stay Okay! have a natural knack for addictive melody. From the up-tempo angular rock of ‘Lay Your Worries To The Grave’, through to the infectious guile and emotionally tinged ‘Time To Grow’, Stay Okay! have truly created a record that is heartfelt, sincere and above all packs a hefty blow to the senses!
