The rising Irish Hardcore/Metal force that is Red Enemy announce Debut EP and first ever UK tour

Fast becoming Ireland’s best kept secret, Red Enemy are a force to be reckoned with on their home turf with their blend of hardcore / technical metal, and are set to unleash their pummeling EP, ‘What We Are Contained In, Is What We Are Worth’, on the UK on 10 October.

Voicing personal experiences and the state of Ireland today, Kevin Letford’s vocals are passionate and cutting, and are backed up Conor Dockery and Robert Powderly’s punchy, attitude laden riffs, providing a very satisfying continual assault. The Red Enemy line up is completed with drummer Daniel Lang and Bassist Jay Doyle, whose driving rhythms and head bang inducing grooves provide the perfect foundation for this ferocious machine.

This month sees the band tour the UK for the first time playing dates with Save Your Grace, Once A Wolf , Visions and TesseracT, with promises to destroy every room here as they have done in their homeland.

Catch them on the following dates:

13 – Basement 20, Liverpool w/ Save Your Grace

15 – Actress & Bishop, Birmingham

17 – The Hydrant, Brighton w/ Once A Wolf

18 – Backline Live, Guildford w/ Once A Wolf

19 – Wheatsheaf, Banbury w/ Once A Wolf

20 – Crawford Arms, Milton Keynes w/ TesseracT, Visions

Since forming in 2008 they have rapidly climbed the ranks with their powerful live shows, earning them support slots with the likes of ArchitectsSuffocation and Despised Icon. Word spread and it wasn’t long before they were packing out venues in Ireland themselves. This year has seen them tour their homeland with TesseracT and most recently Parkway Drive on both bands’ Irish tour dates, as well as their own hugely successful headline tour.
