The Dirt Track announce brand new single ‘Never Been to Mars’ + UK Live Dates

Finding inspiration in the ambitiousness of Muse and the rousing anthemia of Placebo, The Dirt Tracks have announced September 26th as the release date of their brand new single ‘Never Been To Mars’. Muddy chords and swathes of underlying synths characterise this new offering from Spain’s foremost live band, The Dirt Tracks and owes just as much to the likes of Bowie and Kraftwerk as it does to those modern day contemporaries. With a firm focus on melody, Karl (sampler), Masid (drums), Miquel (bass), Rafa (guitar) and Coma (guitar and vocals) have a keen collective ear creating blissful indie-rock.

Talking of the release, vocalist and guitarist Coma said: “I wanted the single to be released in the UK, because it’s from where all the music we like comes from. We love the music culture in the UK, the musicians and, of course, the people. We really think our style will fit there.”

Already a hit on the live circuits of Spain and Germany, the band will embark on their first tour of the UK in September, the dates are below.
